Vinagrerías Riojanas was founded in 1956 by the Muñoz family. This family-owned and family-run company is located at the famous wine region of la Rioja. Our facilities are equipped with the most modern technique and our large production allows us to sell our products not only in bulk but also bottled. Regarding this last category, we have exclusive bottles and packaging which are ranging from glass to PET and plastic. We have different bottle sizes: 25 cl.,

37.5 cl., 50 cl., 75 cl., 1 L, 2 L, 5 L and 20 L.

Our main brands allow us to be present at any market segment at very competitive prices, always offering an exclusive and unique quality product.

Vinagrerías Riojanas, S.A. is the most important companies in Spain in production and trade of vinegar. We are currently one of the leaders at the domestic market and we also have a wide experience in exporting.

Since 1947, this traditional family company is dedicated to the production of homemade cold meat from Duroc pigs, naturally raised and fed by farmer of this area. The company is located in Yanguas, (highlands of Soria).

The slow curing process in cellard gives it this recognized and appreciated taste.

 HAM (JAMÓN). Female Duroc pigs, salted and cured in natural drying sheds.

 PORK LOIN (LOMO). From Duroc pigs. Prepared with our traditional recipe and marinated with pure paprika, salt, garlic and the finest spices. Its unique taste is achieved by a slow curing process.

 STREAKY BELLY (PANCETA), Chosen from the best meat cuts and seasoned with a little salt and paprika, which results in an outstanding quality product.

 CHORIZO SAUSAGE HOMEMADE. Artisanal production with a traditional recipe using only natural ingredients: salt, garlic and paprika, lean meat, pork shoulder and streaky belly stuffed into natural casings.

No additives, preservatives or artificial colors. Gluten free.

 SALCHICHÓN SAUSAGE: Soft on the palate. From a blend of natural spices and a selection of Duroc pork (characterized by its marbled fat) perfectly mixed and cured. Stuffed into natural casings which keep in all the salchichon’s unique flavor.

 Homemade charcuterie, according with guarantees of quality and food safety, CE approved.

 We are preparing a catalogue and web page in English and French.
