Cambodia – Literacy Project Evaluation. Designed and carried out a three-year evaluation of the literacy component of an internationally funded literacy and development project in Mondolkiri province, Cambodia. (March and April, 2005).
Kenya - Literacy Project Design. Assisted a Kenyan organization called Bible Translation and Literacy in the design of eleven projects in literacy, development, and education. (January to March 1997).
Kenya – Organizational Assessment of Work in Adult Literacy. Carried out a nationwide assessment and performance of a national organization with respect to their work in literacy and education.
Burkina Faso - International Project Evaluation. Designed and carried out an evaluation of an adult literacy project for four language communities of Burkina Faso funded by the Canadian International Development Agency. (February 1996).
Cameroon - Literacy, Education, and Development Project (CLED). Two weeks in Cameroon working with SIL and Cameroonian NGOs in the development of a major project for adult literacy, development, and Mother Tongue education. (Feb. 1994).
