AACI/IWARC introduction: My good friend, Chris Wark, has posted on his health blog the results of a recent study (read clinical trial) regarding women and breast cancer. Seems at least half of them didn’t need the chemotherapy that they were poisoned with. Hard to believe, right? Not! Please look at the introduction below, then click on the link to read the full story and hear more of the real facts regarding conventional treatments and breast cancer. Ladies, don’t miss this. Also, consider subscribing (free) to Chris’s blog here.

Chris is a colon cancer survivor – and did it naturally.

Huge News!

The shocking results of a long awaited clinical trial are in. For decades, nearly half of early stage breast cancer patients have been receiving chemotherapy treatments they didn't need.

This is thanks to a special genetic test, available since 2008, which has now proven to accurately predict whether or not chemotherapy will make any difference in their survival.

This is a test that every single breast cancer patient should know about and take!

I have counseled with thousands of cancer patients to date and one question usually always comes up.

That being, of course, “I have to eat what?” Yes, it is comical at times.

After years on diets that consist of items that probably could not be classified as real food, they still want it “their way.” Sadly, it doesn’t work that way. They need to start consuming the foods that actually heal the body and its epigenetic pathways, leading to the restoration of the immune system – Vani Hari the only thing that heals cancer.

I am frequently asked for recipes from those crying out to me as they try to make kale and Brussels sprouts taste good. Well, there is a way. Please see Vani Hari’s (The Food Babe) article and some of her favorite recipes below that allow you to “Eat The Rainbow.” A lot people ask me if I am scared that PR firms hired by food and chemical corporations are actively trying to discredit me - at first I was, but then I realized something. This fight is so much bigger than what happens to me. It's not about me at all. I am actually very lucky.

I thankfully learned real nutrition, the dangers of processed food and regained my health. There are so many others out there that need to do the same (you might be on the path) - this is about them (and you) - so no AACI Newsletter matter how hard they hit at me, I stay focused on the millions out there that need this information and keep going no matter what gets thrown at me.

I really appreciate all of you out there who are taking the time to investigate your food and hold companies accountable for their actions.

Doing this work is not for the faint of heart, it takes courage, bravery and letting go of the social pressures to conform (because God knows, eating a real food diet is not the norm!).

There's a reason they are watching everything we do - we are effective at winning. We've changed dozens of multi-billion-dollar food corporations for the better with our actions - everyone from Kraft, General Mills, Starbucks, Subway and more... and the list is going to continue to get bigger, if you stay loud and keep sharing real food recipes, new habits and your lifestyle changes with your friends and family.

The more that you start paying attention to ingredient lists, the more you start to really notice that the majority of processed food on the shelves is made from primarily white/beige foods (wheat, soy, sugar, corn) which have been stripped of natural nutrients and artificially colored, flavored, and fortified with vitamins and minerals to resemble “food”. These products are not real food at all - and your body can really tell the difference!

I know this first hand, as my health changed dramatically when I changed my eating habits and started filling my body with organic raw whole foods from all of the colors of the rainbow - leafy greens, red beets, orange carrots, purple cabbage, blueberries… as varied as possible!

The absolute best thing about eating this way is that the food industry hasn’t adulterated your food with artificial colors, flavors, chemicals, pesticides, additives, preservatives, or BPA and other harmful packaging AACI Newsletter materials. But, it’s also a great way to ensure that you are giving your body what it needs!

Eating an abundance of raw and colorful food is now one of the habits I live by, and I just posted a delicious new recipe on the blog that is full of colorful vegetables for you to try! It’s anti-inflammatory and will rocketboost your health! Check it out here.

Many of my other favorite recipes that can help you “Eat The Rainbow”

are here on the blog as well:

 Carrot Blueberry Sprout Salad  Lentil Detox Salad  Sweet Potato Skins  Ginger Berry Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie  Enzyme Rich Lentil Papaya Salad  Roasted Beet & Carrot Salad  Ravishing Red Juice  Good Fortune Salad  Spicy Tomato and Kale Soup If you want help with meal planning and more nutritious recipes like these, I invite you to join the Food Babe Eating Guide Program.

Meal planning & cooking at home with whole real foods is one of the best ways to stay alkaline, provide your body an abundant amount of nutrients on a daily basis, and prevent disease.

AACI Newsletter When you join, you’ll get hundreds of pages of my tested tricks and tips to make healthy eating mindless, and a monthly meal plan full of Food Babe approved recipes and guidelines. You’ll also get exclusive how-to videos and access to live group check-ins with me, where you can ask me anything.

I hope to see you over in the program here, and don’t forget to eat the rainbow today!! AND I don’t mean SKITTLES!

AACI/IWARC introduction: It is said that more people die of heart related problems each year than from cancer. It is probably true that the numbers are pretty close. We are a society that believes in conventional medicine regardless of the physical malady that confronts us. It is true with cancer, and especially with heart disease and other heart problems. However, it can be proven that Western Medicine is almost always the wrong answer in most of these cases. After all, cardiac doctors are still preaching that heart problems and disease are caused by cholesterol. How wrong they have been proven.

No, instead we need to do the things that actually have an opportunity to heal the heart. And, that would be nutrition. Most heart problems are caused by a lack of nutrients, specifically, the vitamin B complex. Many suffer from an actual “beri-beri” of the heart. However, if you struggle with heart issues, the choice is always yours. Drugs, then more drugs, then more drugs – that just treat symptoms, then stents, then bypass surgery, then more drugs, then death – or, balanced nutrition that will often get that old ticker working the way it used to. Read below what one man did for his issues – and what really worked.

All of us have made some bad decisions in our lives. None as bad as the one I made two years ago. Here's the story....

Like so many I failed to recognize that “Staying Well” was much better than “Getting Well”.

–  –  –

For several years, I was a daily user of ProArgi-9+ and a representative of Synergy-Worldwide. Then I had a lapse of intelligence and dropped the product, as a user and representative in 2014.

I sure learned a big time lesson.

Go back a few years: in 2000, they located some partial blockages in one of my arteries. Even though I had no symptoms, they placed two stents in my artery. For 15 years, I remained symptom-free and based on the research I did in 2011, I enhanced my cardiovascular health by drinking ProArgi-9+ every day by adding Nitric Oxide to my body. I stopped this in 2014 and one year later in 2015, for the first time, heart symptoms showed up. They showed up again in January 2016.

What a BAD DECISION I made.

When you make a bad decision, JUST MAKE ANOTHER DECISION. I have started drinking the ProArgi-9+ again. I have been drinking three servings of ProArgi-9+ for 38 days now and I dropped 80% of those debilitating drugs. This morning it is amazing how much more energy I have. I can just feel the energy and blood flowing through my vessels... My weight is sixteen pounds less than it was at G. Boyce Bazzell the start of this issue in January of this year.

And since I’m off those devastating blood thinners, I just bought a new Motorcycle smile. Keep in mind I’m an old guy, I was here when the Dead Sea was alive. ♦ AACI Newsletter The King of Essential Oils by Cindy Brown, Friend of the AACI/IWARC

Throughout the ages Frankincense essential oil has been regarded as 'the King of all essential oils', and for good reason!

Science is revealing the healing properties of this age-old remedy (see www.pubmed.gov and search frankincense oils clinical studies).

Research about the anticancer, antitumor and immune stimulant properties of frankincense essential oil are filling medical journals with studies of potential treatments for various types of cancers and ailments.

Specific types of frankincense have been found to reduce inflammation, assist apoptosis (damaged cell death) in the body, fight infection, reduce anxiety and provide other emotional and physical benefits. Dr. Axe sites several of these studies in his article “Frankincense Essential Oil, a natural cancer treatment.” Read that study here.

The benefits, however, don’t stop there. He also points out how versatile this essential oil can be in reducing stress and inducing feelings of peace, healing of the skin and offering anti-aging compounds. Nick LeRoy’s new book, “Painting a Target on HPV.” I was happy to do it. I mentioned that this is a book that every woman should read – and men, too. It exposes the truth about cervical dysplasia and HPV (human papilloma virus) and what really works to heal these, and what doesn’t. Dr. Nick has cutting edge technology here that Ladies – you simply must know. It is an easy read with a heavy dose truth. Please consider acquiring a copy at your earliest possible convenience, just click here.

As many of you know, I wrote about HPV and Gardasil (vaccine) in the Third Edition of my book, “Killing Cancer – Not People” – pages 85-87, and the dangers that accompany this “so-called” treatment. Below is an
